WHAT TO EXPECT

We know that your first class can be scary, however, you did the hard part by signing up and showing up. Now, let our team and Instructors take care of you. Take time to get comfortable with the studio, ask questions, and just enjoy the experience.
We all remember our first class and we hope that this is the beginning of a new chapter of your life. You are safe, you are welcomed, and now it's time to let the music, Instructors, and dark room get you hooked.
WHAT TO EXPECT

You did it, WELCOME TO THE CLUB! Please take your time after class in our space. We have showers ☆ COMING SOON ☆ and bathrooms available if you need to get ready post class.
It is normal to experience muscle fatigue and soreness in the hours and days after class, so be sure to hydrate and stretch to help with recovery. We can’t wait to see you back at THE CLUB soon!
WHAT TO BRING
You are welcome to bring your own water bottle or you can buy water bottle at the front desk when you arrive. Water fountains are available inside the studio.
RIDE: THE BIKE is compatible with SPD cleats. You are welcome to bring your own shoes or you can rent shoes at the front desk when you arrive.
WHAT TO WEAR
Breathable workout clothes that are comfortable to sweat in. Get your all-black workout set ready to go!
TRAIN: For safety, closed-toe sneakers are required.
WHEN TO ARRIVE
New clients are required to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class. Please head to the front desk to check in, one of our front staff members will show you around the studio and get you set up for class!
DON'T BE AFRAID TO
Ask Questions! Everyone was new once and our team wants you to feel as comfortable as possible. There are no silly questions and don’t be shy to speak up if something doesn't feel right - this is YOUR workout and your club.

Meet New People! Say hi to the people around you. A lot of us have found our best friends in this dark room. These people have similar goals, lifestyles, and live in the area, so don't be shy to make a new connection with your teammates, our staff, or your Instructor.
