FOUNDING TRAIN INSTRUCTOR

THE CLUB is looking for dynamic, talented individuals who excel at crafting effective, motivating, and unforgettable class experiences and that are committed to playing a key role in shaping our brand from the ground up. This position is perfect for those who thrive in a team environment, are looking to bring something different to the fitness scene in Charlotte, and are extremely passionate about inspiring and connecting with the community.

Passion for connecting with, motivating, and inspiring others
(Preferred, but not required) 1 year experience teaching strength classes
(Preferred, but not required) Certified Personal Trainer
Effective body, exercise, motivational, + kinesthetic cueing skills
Enthusiasm for building a vibrant community around THE CLUB brand
Receptiveness to feedback with an open mindset to growth
Laptop for teaching and access to reliable transportation

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Maintain availability to teach 3+ classes per week and pick up substitute classes as needed
Post weekly on social media to promote personal and THE CLUB brand
Create and lead unique classes that align with THE CLUB’s energetic, community-centered vision, incorporating diverse music styles and exercises
Represent THE CLUB’s core values both inside and outside the studio
Collaborate with staff to maintain a clean and organized studio space
Foster a welcoming environment that motivates riders of all levels
